Pinkerton AI does not pre-screen the output generated through the Service. If content generated by or hosted on the Service is unlawful, infringes your rights, or depicts you without consent, we want to hear about it and will act promptly.
1. What you can report
- Content that depicts a real, identifiable person (including you) without their consent, particularly intimate or sexual imagery ("non-consensual intimate imagery");
- Content that sexualizes or depicts a minor in any way — see our zero-tolerance policy below;
- Content generated using your copyrighted material without authorization — see our DMCA Policy for the formal notice process;
- Content that is otherwise unlawful in the jurisdiction where it was generated or accessed.
2. Zero tolerance for content involving minors
Pinkerton AI strictly prohibits generating, requesting, or distributing any content that sexualizes, exploits, or abuses minors. Any such content is removed immediately on detection or report, the responsible session is permanently banned, and — where we are legally required or able to do so — the matter is reported to the relevant authority (for example NCMEC in the United States, or the equivalent body in your jurisdiction).
3. How to submit a request
Email https://t.me/PinkertonAIsupport with:
- A description of the content and, if possible, a link or enough detail to locate it (e.g. the anonymous session ID or an approximate timestamp);
- The reason for the request (depicts you without consent, involves a minor, infringes copyright, unlawful, etc.);
- A way to contact you for follow-up, if you are comfortable providing one.
Because sessions are anonymous by design, we may not always be able to identify who generated a given piece of content — this does not affect our ability to remove content or ban the responsible session going forward.
4. What happens next
We review reports on a priority basis, with reports involving minors or non-consensual intimate imagery handled immediately. Valid requests result in removal of the content and, where applicable, suspension of the responsible session. We do not disclose the identity or details of the reporting party to the person whose content was removed.
